This book published by USACK covers all of the training Greg Barton did leading up to his 2 Gold Medals in the Olympics. It also has a chapter on Wing paddles that is very usefull. This book is a must have for any racer! The Barton Mold is $19.95 (note: If you are a member of the USACK you can get this book at a discounted price dirrectly from them.) there is a $3.90 shipping charge for anywhere in the U.S. and if you are in California we also have to charge 7.25% sales tax.
