New for 2009 we have added a 29 foot long Outrigger Canoe. It is available for Tours by appointment only. Currently we have 2 types of Tours.
8:30am Friday morning Ocean Tour to Palos Verdes and back where we look for Dolphins, Sea Lions and maybe even a Whale or two(reservation required).
Thursday & Friday Night Tours in Redondo Harbor taking in all of the wonderful night lights.
Ocean Tour currently is $20.00 per Adult and $10.00 per Child.
Night Tour currently is $15.00 per Adult and $10.00 per Child.
Rentals ($50.00 per hour) are for harbor use only, available only to Outrigger Club members that are competent at steering as this takes a lot more skill than a regular canoe.
Initially I am limiting our Ocean Tours to 600 pounds of passengers not counting my weight as guide and 750 pounds for in the Harbor. Because I run the Sub during normal hours Tours are not available until I find a guide (unless my daughter "Wynn" is in town as she has great steering skills).
If you are a racer in town looking for some exercise let me know and if I have space you can jump in free at 8am.
